Our Business

Jean lives in Durham, New Hampshire and welcomes the opportunity to share quilting techniques and the Zentangle® art form and method drawn One Stroke at a Time ™.

Who We Are

I have been quilting since about 1978 with time out for family and education.  Design ability to stitch endless fabric colors and patterns into wonderful quilts for warmth, special causes, or art have inspired and strengthened my connection over time by the traditions and history associated with quilts.  

My love of quilts and quilt making has led me down the path of education certifications in the following:

• Square in a Square™ instructor for Jodi Barrows’
• Marci Baker's Clearview of Quilting for  Alicia's Attic
• Zentangle Teaching Method

I am a representative for these products.

I am an active member of the Cocheco Quilt Guild in Dover, NH, a member of the DLM Quilt Group of Durham, Lee and Madbury, a member in support of the New England Quilt Museum and American Quilt Society.

I have volunteered with the New Hampshire Quilt Documentation Project to survey all quilts made in the state before the quilt revival of 1976.  A book, series of exhibits of NH quilts and their makers and a reference for future researchers will be the reward for all.
